Everything works on my camaro dashboard expect the speedometer, what could the problem be?

I got a 1995 camaro z28 great shape 82k miles and the speedometer needle doesnt move. The rpms gauge work, fuel, temp, odometer just not the speedometer. What could be wrong? Please let me know thank you.
