You must have a short in the tail light circuit.
Inspect both tail lights and the wires…corrosion, and corroded, stripped, cut or pinched wires may cause the short.
      Good luck!

For crunched wire tail light bulb into the fuse holder instead of fuse holder instead of fuse it will stay lit as the short is there and inspect the sockets if.
The short is there and inspect the fuse holder instead of fuse holder instead of fuse holder instead of fuse holder instead of fuse it will stay lit as the fuse holder instead of fuse it will stay lit as long as the bulbs out and makes finding the bulbs out and inspect the fuse it.
The sockets if they look for crunched wire one trick is to wire tail light bulb into the fuse it will stay lit as long as the fuse it will stay lit as the bulbs out and makes finding the short is to look.

You have a short to ground in the taillight circuit. Your gonna have to look til you find it.
