What heads should i get for my Camaro?

I have a 67 Camaro with a small block 350, and im looking to boost the HP. I have heard that swiching to some aluminum heads would be the best thing and would easily add 100 hp. Is this true, and does anyone have any recomendations of what kind of aluminum heads i should get?
