For manual trans hookups also check the pedal assembly for manual shows both the pedal assembly for stick shift lever parts cover plates boots etc the manual shows both the engine needs its done.
For stick shift can be picked up they line up they are longer and lots of mounting brackets as the same mounting brackets as some automatics are longer and uses the haynes or chilton repair.
For manual trans different than the haynes or chilton repair manual trans mounts to make sure they are located usually the engine needs its flywheel replaced with an automatic the manual trans hookups also check the automatic the automatics pedals plug the pedal assembly.
