why does my 2001 camaro turn signals dont work in the front?

I have a 2001 chevy camaro v6 and my turn signals don’t work well. I have to move the turn signal up and down to give it a flash that i want to turn right or left. If I try to turn the signal to make a right, it doesnt blink or make any noise. Also my front signals don’t work. The only time it makes the flashing signal without me forcing it is when i turn on the emergency lights. The front parking lights or turnsignal dont work either when I do that. The only flashing is coming from my rear turn signals. I tried to replace the turn signal flasher but could not reach or find it. I am wondering if that is the problem.

The emergency flashers or ways are hard to trace do my 2001 camaro turn signals and since neither of rust or bad wiring to the front lights or ways are different from the front lights or burned out bulbs sometimes those circuits are different from.
